Abstract
The Fadakieh Sermon is considered one of the most important ammunitions of the heritage of Ahl al-Bayt (p) in the Islamic era, in which Fatima al-Zahra defended her rights. This interceptive sermon may have involved inherent issues such as defending the Imamate, the Prophet's legacy, and the priority of the people of the house (p). It can be said that this sermon is a historical legend that reveals the extent of the injustice of the house (p), especially the Zahra (s), and its usurped rights due to the denial of the heritage of Fadak. In this sermon, al-Zahraa demonstrated the pillars of authentic Muhammadic Islam, which was presented by her father, the master of the messengers. The letter (Q) attempted to form the structure and frame of her sermon to benefit from the smallest rhythmic, semantic and syntactic elements, and to accurately enrich the meanings of the text and to express the feelings of sadness and tragedy that occurred in her chest after the death of her father in those tragic situations. The article deals with the methodological study of the famous Fadakieh Sermon in order to reveal its structural structure and features of its artistic aesthetics. The research methodology is descriptive and analytical approach based on the study of the text of the sermon and the extraction of its secrets and aesthetics, based on the nature of the text in terms of its composition and its technical and stylistic potential. Therefore, the article aims to study the idea of Zahra (Q) about this sermon and its technical and methodological features as it reveals to us the rights of the raped daughter of the Prophet in those first hours of the journey of her father Al-Mustafih (p) where the wound has not yet healed.
